At Preparation With Purpose, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your career coaching session, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are only available for unused sessions or services. Once a session has been conducted, refunds are not available. To request a refund, please contact our customer service team with your order details and reason for the refund. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. We reserve the right to deny a refund if we believe the request does not meet our policy guidelines. There are no refunds on digital products.
